Our Podcast: Spotlight
Women Sharing Their Stories, Hosted by Mimi
Our podcast, Spotlight, has become a powerful platform for real, honest stories. Each episode features a special guest who shares their personal experience of perinatal mental health, exploring important topics such as postnatal depression, postnatal anxiety, and the impact of a new baby on a marriage - issues that are often surrounded by stigma within the Jewish community.
Listeners frequently reach out after hearing an episode, sometimes even connecting directly with the women interviewed. For many, this is a vital first step towards seeking the support they need.
Please subscribe on your preferred platform to ensure you do not miss out when a new podcast is released. Or send us an email at podcast@mtom.org.uk if you would like to do a podcast with us or sponsor an episode.
