Working with External Services and Partner Organisations
Mother to Mother works alongside a variety of external service providers, charities, and community organisations to help connect you with the right support. While we carefully vet and select these partners, we only signpost or refer you to them – we do not manage or control their services, practices, or policies.
Please note that the views, advice, or approaches of external organisations do not necessarily reflect those of Mother to Mother. We encourage you to engage with these services directly, and our team is here to support you in making the right connections for your needs.
Cleaning Services
Mother to Mother may arrange for you to have complimentary cleaning sessions to help you during this busy and often overwhelming time.
This service is coordinated by Mother to Mother, but please note that the cleaners themselves are from an external agency. Mother to Mother accepts no liability for any loss or issues between you and the cleaner. Any concerns should be reported to us, and we will provide you with the agency’s contact details to address the matter directly.
Before your cleaner arrives, please keep in mind the following:
- Respect & Courtesy – Please treat your cleaner politely and allow them the space to carry out their work. Disrespectful behaviour may result in cancellation of further sessions, and you may be liable for the cost.
- Cleaning Supplies – You are responsible for providing all necessary cleaning materials.
- Cleaner Delays or Cancellations – If the cleaner arrives late or cancels without notice, please inform Mother to Mother immediately.
- Quality of Work – If the cleaner does not complete the agreed tasks, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Other Issues – Any additional concerns should be reported to Mother to Mother promptly. Failure to do so may result in you being responsible for the session cost. Please email familyservices@mtom.org.uk.
